WHY HOLD YOUR MEETING ON A SHIP?
- Because there is a relaxing environment provided by the changing scenery that is conducive to positive thinking and productivity.
- When stopping over in Montreal or Quebec City or elsewhere, you can fully enjoy what that destination has to offer, while remaining close to your working environment.
- We will provide your group with audio and video equipment, as well as basic writing, photocopying, communication and printing equipment. We will also provide adequate space for workshops and general meetings for your group.
- In the evening, after enjoying a gastronomic meal in our Dining Room, you may engage in an evening of entertainment in our Lounge, watch a movie in our Projection Room or enjoy a relaxing evening in our smaller Lounge and watch the magnificent scenery go by.
TWO WAYS TO ACCOMODATE YOUR CONGRESS AT SEA
REGULAR ROUTE
- From mid-June until the end of September (One week cruise)
- Weekly round-trip from Montreal to Les Îles de la Madeleine with stopovers in Gaspésie and in Québec City
- Ship departs Montreal Friday afternoon
- Arrives Les Îles de la Madeleine Sunday morning
- Departs for Gaspésie Tuesday evening and arrives Wednesday morning
- Departs Gaspésie Wednesday noon and arrives Québec City Thursday noon
- Leaves Quebec City Thursday evening and arrives Montreal Friday morning
ALTERNATE ROUTES
- April, May, first half of June, October, November
- Itinerary and duration of the cruise can easily be tailored to your needs:
- The ship may be boarded anywhere there are suitable facilities
- Duration of the cruise may vary between one and several days, as congressmen may sleep on board
- You choose the itinerary
- Several meal plans available
- Entertainment and animation available
