Inside the ship:

These services are partially available to disabled people. For assistance, please contact the employees in charge before boarding the ship. It is recommended to mention it when making your reservation.

Reservation

It is necessary to book in advance. For your reservation, please provide the following : dates of arrival and departure, type of vehicle and plate number, phone number and credit card information. A deposit must be made, payable by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or by certified check. Please consult the company regarding reimbursement policies.

Vehicles

All vehicles travelling on the ship must arrive in the parking lot one hour prior to departure. Tickets are sold on board the ship only and all vehicles must be accompanied by a driver.

Goods Carried

All goods carried on the vessel must comply with the provisions of Canada's Shipping Act. Dangerous goods will not be accepted on board. Recreational vehicles carrying liquid propane gas must have their cylinder's valve fully closed before boarding the ship, and electrical appliances must not be left in operation.

Safety regulations

Transport Canada regulations prohibit the carriage of gasoline and propane in excess of the following quantities:

Recreational vehicles

Not more than two cylinders (65 L total) of propane safely secured to the vehicle in an upright position with valves closed and tagged (Get tag CTMA).

Automobiles

Not more than one 25 litre container of gasoline.

Vehicles pulling a motor vehicle

Not more than 2 portable 25 litre containers.

Booking and cancellation policy

A $50 CDN deposit per crossing is necessary for a booking to be effective.
No deposit will be refunded.
If a passenger does not present himself on board on the date of sailing booked, the deposit be will kept by the company as liquidated damages.

Note: Passengers traveling on foot or by bicycle do not have to book in advance.
