Reservation
It is necessary to book in advance. For your reservation, please provide the following : dates of arrival and departure, type of vehicle and plate number, phone number and credit card information. A deposit must be made, payable by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or by certified check. Please consult the company regarding reimbursement policies.
Vehicles
All vehicles travelling on the ship must arrive in the parking lot one hour prior to departure. Tickets are sold on board the ship only and all vehicles must be accompanied by a driver.
Goods Carried
All goods carried on the vessel must comply with the provisions of Canada's Shipping Act. Dangerous goods will not be accepted on board. Recreational vehicles carrying liquid propane gas must have their cylinder's valve fully closed before boarding the ship, and electrical appliances must not be left in operation.
Booking and cancellation policy
- A $50 CDN deposit per crossing is necessary for a booking to be effective.
- No deposit will be refunded. If a passenger does not present himself on board on the date of sailing booked. The deposit be will kept by the company as liquidated damages.
